With 18 years experience in HR, Chris has had the opportunity and privilege to work with some well-respected and recognised local and global organisations.

Chris’ approach to HR is to keep it simple and operate on a high trust model. Chris believes that trusting and supporting people, will see them excel. They will feel encouraged to try new things and also feel able to share and communicate feedback, opportunities, wins and what is really happening.

In his latest role as Head of HR – ANZ for Swarovski, Chris has the opportunity to work with a diverse group of people based throughout the globe.
