Throughout her career, Emily has worked in a variety of industries, including hospitality, retail and most recently, the fast-food industry, which is where she feels most excited about driving culture and the people that she works with. She is passionate about creating a strong Employee Value Proposition and monitors engagement through employee net promoter scores.
Emily is the People and Culture Manager for Mad Mex. She was recently nominated and awarded Top 23 in the 2020 Franchise Executive of the Year Awards for her commitment to delivering exceptional people experiences and driving culture across both Mad Mex Corporate and Franchise restaurants.
Emily is currently studying a Bachelor of Psychological Science, through UNE.
